Location: Walnut, CaliforniaJob Type: PermanentCompensation: $100,000 - 120,000 per year We are seeking an Art Director to build a strong brand message and conceptualize development of various campaigns and programs. This role requires a strong leader with a proven ability to mentor and manage high-performing creative teams, while driving multiple projects forward with precision and adaptability. Responsibilities: Develop and execute brand materials, including packaging, digital promotions, photography, and video content, with a strong design approach. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product Development teams to interpret creative briefs and lead the development of branded content. Provide art direction for product and model photography, as well as video production. Conceptualize and storyboard still and video content, ensuring a clear and compelling visual narrative. Stay up to date with industry trends to enhance messaging effectiveness. Contribute to various brand-related projects as assigned. Develop and maintain creative guidelines to ensure brand consistency. Mentor and guide designers, offering strategic solutions while fostering a collaborative work environment across departments. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Strong leadership skills - Ability to develop, mentor, and manage creative teams, including recruiting, onboarding, and training. Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects, take ownership, and shift focus as needed in a fast-paced environment. Excellent collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams and contributing innovative ideas. Adaptability to changing priorities while maintaining high-quality output. Strong work ethic with a proactive approach to problem-solving and exceptional follow-through. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. BA/BFA in Design or a related field, or equivalent experience. 8+ years of industry experience. Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
