We are seeking candidates on behalf of a company that is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Hydraulic Cylinder Mechanic to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hydraulic systems, with a focus on the assembly, repair, and maintenance of hydraulic cylinders.
REQUIREMENTS
- 18 months as a hydraulic cylinder mechanic or in a similar role
- Can read measurements with calipers and micrometers
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, principles, and components.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Must read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Pass a background check (no felonies within 7 years)
PREFERENCES: Availability for overtime for emergency repairs for customers
JOB DUTIES
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair hydraulic cylinders and related components.
- Assemble and disassemble hydraulic cylinders, ensuring precision and quality.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with other mechanics
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
HOURS: 7AM-3:30PM, Monday through Friday
Overtime availability strongly encouraged
