Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Knoxville, Tennessee, preferably with 2-5 years of experience in civil litigation. The Associate Attorney will handle day-to-day tasks related to legal research, drafting pleadings and discovery, taking depositions, and attending hearings. The primary focus of this position will be insurance defense both for carriers and insureds. Excellent writing skills, ability to efficiently manage responsibilities, and interpersonal skills are the qualities we are seeking.
