Job Description

Building Automation Systems (BAS) Controls Installation Technician
Responsible for installing conduit, wiring, relays, and field devices according to Mechanical and Automatic Temperature Control schematics.

Key Responsibilities:
Route control wiring in accordance with industry standards.
Install conduit and associated fittings to meet professional guidelines.
Mount and connect controllers, sensors, and other end devices.
Diagnose and resolve wiring and termination issues on-site using appropriate testing equipment.
Utilize standard tools and instruments commonly found in the direct digital controls sector.
Follow directions provided by the team leader or supervisor to help ensure project efficiency.
Foster positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and partner organizations.
Perform duties in outdoor environments, including exposure to local weather conditions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of one year Building Automation/HVAC Controls or relevant experience required.
