Bilingual Litigation Legal Assistant - Plaintiff Employment Law
Location: Oakland, CA | Pay: $58,000-$80,000/year

Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a respected plaintiff-side law firm to recruit an experienced Bilingual Litigation Legal Assistant for their Oakland office. This is a direct hire opportunity offering strong benefits, meaningful work, and a supportive, team-oriented culture.
Key Responsibilities:Translate during Spanish-speaking client meetings, deposition prep, mediations, and trial preparations
Independently draft legal documents including complaints, discovery, motions, and mediation briefs
File and serve legal documents in California state and federal courts (appellate court experience a plus)
Organize and maintain electronic case files and manage routine litigation tasks
Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and court personnel
Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
3+ years of experience in California civil litigation as a legal assistant or paralegal
Skilled in drafting litigation documents independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Must successfully complete a legal knowledge assessment
In-office to start , transitioning to hybrid (2 days in-office) after training
Salary: $58,000-$80,000/year , depending on experience
