Required Skills:

Capital Markets – Heavy experience working in and supporting regulatory programs

• Strong Understanding of risk concepts

• Data Analysis and governance – Data modeling, ensuring data quality, ensuring reporting is accurate

• Business Analyst Skills – Ability to liaison between technical teams and business side teams, gather requirements and translate them into user stories

• Agile Project Management Tools and methodologies – (Agile, SDLC, & SCRUM)

• Ability to write Functional Specifications Documents (FSD's)

REQUIRED SOFTWARE

• Tableau and/or Dremio experience

• Python – prototyping analysis/ development skills

• SQL – Able to read, translate, and re-engineer queries to turn them into tech specs

• JIRA/ Confluence

• Microsoft Excel

• Microsoft PowerPoint

SOFT SKILLS

• Strong Communication skills

• Self-starter

What You Will Be Doing

This consultant will be supporting the architecture and engineering team within Capital Markets Technology. This individual will be as a hybrid between a Business Analyst and an Analytics Consultant to assist with reporting, engineering, and analytics duties that contribute to the satisfaction of regulatory requirements.

Description/Comment: (Responsibilities)

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Services Consulting and contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Business Services Consulting deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Technology Business Services Consulting challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Technology Business Services Consulting deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Technology Business Services Consulting.
