We are seeking a highly organized and sophisticated Chief of Staff to provide strategic and day-to-day support to a dynamic CEO in Miami Beach, FL. This is a hands-on, all-encompassing role that requires discretion, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Estate & Property Oversight: Manage operations of a large Miami Beach estate, including supervising vendors, overseeing maintenance and renovations, managing household systems, and maintaining high aesthetic and functional standards.
  • Calendar & Travel Management: Own the CEO’s complex calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate all personal and business travel (domestic and international) in collaboration with the Aviation Team and staff at a secondary California residence.
  • Project & Event Coordination: Lead construction, renovation, and seasonal maintenance projects. Plan and execute private events alongside household staff (housekeeper and personal chef).
  • Staff Supervision & Vendor Management: Supervise household staff and manage relationships with external contractors, service providers, and vendors. Source bids, monitor work quality, review invoices, and manage related budgets.
  • Administrative Support: Organize the CEO’s office and personal files, handle correspondence, and act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external contacts including board members and business associates.
  • Travel & Coverage: Must be available to travel with the CEO and step in to support or cover for other estate staff when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 7+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in a private household, family office, or corporate setting
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook
  • Discreet, reliable, and able to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Hands-on understanding of estate systems and household operations
  • Valid driver’s license; flexible schedule with 24/7 availability

Location: Miami Beach, FL (fully on-site)
