SOLO COMPENSATION / WEEKLY PAY:
$800-$900 a week; $52,000 a year W-2; Activity based pay
ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION NOTES
$850 Weekly Guarantee (Must Work 4 Day Work Week). 3% Annual Increases
Activity Based Pay: Case Count Delivered, # Stops per Day, Daily Rate, Pallet/Empty Box P/U, Route Assist Pay
HOURS (SHIFT) / HOME TIME / DAYS OFF:
8 - 10 hour days. Home daily. Tuesday - Friday 4 day work week (except Holiday weeks).
Drivers start between 4 AM and 7 AM
VACATION PAY:
1/52 of Weekly Pay Average (1 Yr - 1 Wk, 2 Yrs - 2 Wks, 7 Yrs - 3 Wks)
HOLIDAY PAY:
$200 Holiday Pay after 90 Days and 4 PTO Days for Personal Use
TYPICAL WEEK FOR DRIVER:
Tuesday- Friday Working 10 hours a Day, Unloading 400 - 600 cases, averaging of 20-25 Stops customers.
DELIVERY EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED FOR THIS POSITION

4 - 5 Week Training Program before a Route is Assigned

Greater of Hourly/Activity Pay or $850 Weekly Guarantee
OTHER INFORMATION OR REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 21 to deliver alcohol. Must possess either class A or B with airbrake. Must be able to lift 55+ pounds repeatedly through the day.
Trucks are loaded by warehouse, driver must hand unload 25 - 30 stops daily. Must be able to handle a 2 wheel dolly with 250+ lbs.
Drivers are required to make collections and are responsible for misdelivered product. Drivers also must perform pre and post trip
inspections and report any issues to manager and shop.

Must have a Class A or B with airbrake
6 months of Class A or B experience in the 2 years
Must be able to lift 55+ pounds repeatedly through the day
Must be able to handle a 2 wheel dolly with 250+ lbs
