Job Description

Position Key Responsibilities

• Manages the project master CPM schedule and drives it to completion.
• Directs subcontractor workflow and troubleshoots project questions utilizing the RFI process.
• Enforces quality control for all work starting with submittal review through the QA/QC program.

Skills & Experience

• 4-6 years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent, with expertise in renovations, new construction, and site work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proficient in managing field construction processes, including schedule development, project coordination, and subcontractor oversight.

Benefits & Compensation

• Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000
