Job Title: VP of Finance Location / Work Structure: Onsite
Compensation: $175,000–$200,000 + bonus

What You'll Do:
Serve as a strategic business partner, collaborating with finance and accounting teams to support business modeling, execute strategic initiatives, and drive growth.
Evaluate organizational performance against annual budgets and long-term goals, offering insights and recommendations aligned with company objectives.
Lead asset and liability management, including external financing, cash management, and banking relationships—ensuring transparency around financing terms and covenants.
Analyze and recommend financing strategies to support business goals.
Oversee cash flow planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support day-to-day operations.
Direct the accounting function, ensuring compliance with GAAP and meeting all external reporting requirements.
Maintain internal controls and accounting systems to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial records.
Manage the external audit process and ensure timely completion of annual reviews.
Deliver actionable financial insights and reporting to guide operational and strategic decisions; identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
Drive the annual budgeting process and lead financial planning and analysis to ensure sufficient working capital and operational readiness.
What Experience You'll Have:
~ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
~10+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance.
~ CPA preferred but not required.
~ Deep knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and corporate finance.
~ Proven leadership capabilities with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
~ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate strategy into operational execution.
~ Experience advising and partnering with executive leadership, particularly the CEO and President.
~ Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization, with a commitment to transparency and collaboration.
