Customer Support Representative
Location: 4343 Easton Commons, Columbus, OH 43219
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming phone inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Provide support for:
• Morgan Stanley Cash Management products & services
• Morgan Stanley Online and Mobile App
• General financial and account-related questions
• Meet or exceed departmental performance metrics.
• Demonstrate adaptability and multitasking skills in a dynamic call center environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Candidates should meet one or more of the following criteria:
• College Degree
• Previous contact center experience
• Professional and career-driven
• Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable with technology and financial services platforms
• Able to quickly adapt to changes in procedures or client needs
