HIRING IMMEDIATELY: DEMAND PLANNER IN KATY, TX

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Supply Chain Demand Planner to join our client in Katy, TX. A leading designer and manufacturer of premium outdoor furniture and lifestyle products is hiring for an immediate temporary Demand Planner to support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) function during the peak summer season. This is a short-term contract role (2–3 months) designed to provide immediate coverage and support.

The ideal candidate brings experience in demand planning within a manufacturing or consumer goods environment, is comfortable navigating forecasting software (NetSuite preferred but not required), and can quickly integrate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuity in supply chain operations. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $50 to $60/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
• Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, Onsite with hybrid opportunities
• Located in Katy, TX, on a 2–3 Month Contract

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support and execute short-term demand planning and forecasting activities to ensure alignment with production and sales goals
• Collaborate with the current S&OP Manager and cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Supply Chain) to gather data, monitor inventory levels, and ensure accurate forecasting
• Analyze historical sales trends, seasonal patterns, and market demand to generate short-term forecast adjustments
• Help coordinate and participate in weekly S&OP meetings, providing updates on forecast accuracy, inventory status, and potential supply-demand gaps
• Use Excel or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite or equivalent) to input, maintain, and analyze planning data
• Provide real-time updates and insights to assist in proactive decision-making and inventory optimization during the high-demand summer period

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP support, preferably in a manufacturing or consumer goods setting
• Familiarity with ERP and demand planning systems; NetSuite experience a plus but not required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret data and trends quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal onboarding
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Available to work onsite with some flexibility for hybrid scheduling
