Desktop Support Technician
On site 5 days a week - Charlotte, NC 28210
Duration: 6- month contract to hire, this will convert- they are looking for someone that wants to grow their career.
Hourly: $29.00 per hour, converting at $60,000 on salary.
Must-haves:
• 3+ years of experience in a desktop technician role
• Experienced with a ticketing system
• Experience with password resets and O365 troubleshooting
Plusses: Experience with Citrix or other VDI environments
Day-to-day:
Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Technician to work for a client out of the Charlotte area. This role will be on site 5 days a week supporting the Charlotte location and a few other locations remotely. You will be joining a new team of 4 to help support internal employees with various issues ranging from password resets, hardware support, O365 troubleshooting, VDI issues and some conference room set ups. This will be a new team being built out of the Charlotte area to support headcount growth. This position is looking to start immediately for a 6 month contract to hire.
