We're hiring a Director of Operations , but not the kind you’re probably thinking of.

We’re a rapidly growing portable building manufacturer, and we’re looking for someone who’s been stuck under weak leadership, knows they could run things better, and is ready to prove it.

You’ve probably already built systems that worked. You’ve probably fixed problems no one else saw. But you’ve also probably been told to “wait your turn,” “stay in your lane,” or “run it by corporate.”

This role is for someone who’s hungry to lead customer service, marketing, and sales operations — from hiring to process design. You’ll have real authority and full accountability. That means you get to make the call, and you own the result.

You’ll:

· Build systems that scale; hands-on when needed, strategic when possible.

· Eliminate bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

· Lead, hire, and coach people who get it.

· Work side-by-side with leadership to drive aggressive growth.

· This isn’t about “keeping things running.” It’s about making them run better, faster, smarter.

· Operational thinking. You can see the system behind the mess.

· Manufacturing, production, or logistics experience (bonus points for portable buildings, but not required).
