Job Description

This full-time, on-site role in Arvada, Colorado involves coordinating with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure timely and accurate submission of documents to customers.

Must haves:

  • Self-starter with strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
  • High urgency and attention to detail
  • Technical aptitude and customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Independent work ethic and team collaboration skills
  • Comfortable visiting manufacturing floor regularly
  • Associate’s Degree
  • 8–12 years of relevant experience

Nice to haves:

  • Advanced computer skills: OneDrive, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with PLM and ERP systems (Teamcenter, SAP, JDE Siemens)
  • Prior experience in an engineering office or manufacturing shop
  • Familiarity with rotating equipment (e.g., pumps or compressors)
  • Understanding of technical documentation
  • Background in continuous improvement initiatives
