Essex Richards, P.A., is seeking an Employment Attorney to lead our labor and employment practice area. The ideal candidate will have experience handling employment cases, charges, audits, and investigations before the EEOC, DOL, and other agencies, as well as in state and federal court; negotiating and drafting contracts, severance/separation agreements, noncompetition agreements, and benefit packages; and crafting and revising company policies and employee handbooks.
Qualifications:
· Active member in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar.
· 5 years of experience working in Employment Law in a law firm or in-house environment.
