We are currently looking for a strong end-user device support professional with proven experience in both executive support and engineering support roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with enterprise-level device management and endpoint support technologies.
Key Requirements:
Mobile Device Management (MDM):
Hands-on experience in configuring, deploying, and managing mobile devices.
Strong understanding of policies, compliance settings, and device enrollment.
Operating Systems:
Mac OS expertise is a must, including troubleshooting, imaging, and configuration.
Endpoint Management Tools:
Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
Experience with SCCM/MEMCM for device deployment and patch management.
Jamf Experience:
Expertise in managing Mac devices using Jamf Pro.
Experience in creating policies, scripts, and configuration profiles via Jamf.
Executive Support:
Ability to support senior executives and VIPs with device, connectivity, and application issues.
Engineering Support:
Experience supporting software engineering teams, including managing dev tools, access, and development environments.
