Job Description

My client is a U.S based company specializing in heavy industrial projects across various sectors, including oil and gas, petrochemical, power and cogeneration, agriculture chemicals, minerals and mining, alternative and renewable energy, and advanced manufacturing. They have many reputable customers, some of them being RWE, BP, and many more. They have a $2 billion target in new projections in solar and BESS for the fiscal year of 2025, which gives you the opportunity to grow and scale the department quickly. On top of that, relocation support would be provided as well as flexibility with timing due to schools, etc.

ESTIMATING SKILLS:

• Solar & BESS – Preference to Solar
• EPC or Construction Background
• Good internal and stakeholder management, build relationships quickly.
• Need to create self-perform estimates, full reviews, RFPs requests, cost analysis, review process and present to Directors, VP & C-Suite.
• Need to adapt to PCL Estimating processes.
• Team of 4 Estimator 3month – 18months experience.

PERSONALITY:

• Need to be able to think, plan & design
• Good communicating with the team
• Adaptability
• Lead from the front, hand on work. – Example: Andrew has been working on updating cost estimates, bid updates and writing bids for a new $400m estimate.
• Earn the right to build a team.
