  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a sounding board and right-hand to the CEO; offer insights and context to support better decision-making.
  • Project Management: Track key initiatives, deadlines, and strategic projects; ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Relationship Management: Interface with senior stakeholders, investors, clients, and internal teams on behalf of the CEO with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost care and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of EA experience , including supporting a C-level executive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Proactive and highly organized , with the ability to think ahead, problem-solve, and pivot quickly as priorities change.
  • Strong judgment, with a deep understanding of business etiquette, discretion, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Tech-savvy, with strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and modern productivity tools.
  • A high degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Experience in finance is a must
