Under the management of the Backal Hospitality Group, Apella & soon to be announced restaurant venue, located in Eastlake, Seattle, is seeking a motivated leader to join our management team as an Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will possess transferable experience in a restaurant and or event space operation with a desire to grow.
This role will provide daily oversight as well as execution of all of event operations, foster guest and client relations, serve as an effective liaison between the service and culinary teams to ensure an elevated level of guest service. Additionally, this role will work closely with our management team on the pre-opening process for Apella & the restaurant venue.
A successful candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years of food, beverage and or service management experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
