🚀 Founding AE – $190K Base + OTE + Equity

📍 San Francisco – In-Person 4x/Week

This isn’t your typical AE role. It’s your chance to build the entire GTM motion from scratch at a Series A startup backed by top-tier investors, working directly with the CEO to make it happen.

You’ll be our first sales hire, owning everything from outbound prospecting to onboarding new customers.

No CRM. No SDRs. No playbook. You’ll build it all.

🌱 What You’ll Do

• Build the outbound sales motion from day one (zero hand-holding here)
• Own the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to close
• Launch the customer success function and support high-impact accounts
• Implement tooling, dashboards, and build the sales stack from scratch
• Partner with the founding team to shape GTM strategy, ICPs, and pricing
• Define messaging that turns interest into traction

👀 Who Are You

• You’ve closed full-cycle B2B SaaS or technical deals solo
• You’ve worked at an early-stage startup (<50 people)
• You’re scrappy — you’ve done your own prospecting, built decks, and closed without enablement
• You love ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced, zero-structure environments
• You’re based in (or relocating to) San Francisco and happy to be in-office 4 days/week
