Job Description

HR Additions has partnered with a respected real estate company in search of a detail-oriented and experienced HR Generalist to support core HR functions including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, benefits, and audit.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate job postings, applicant tracking, interviews, and new hire orientations
• Maintain employee records and support onboarding in compliance with legal standards
• Assist with HR policy updates, handbook guidance, and employee support
• Ensure compliance with EEO, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, and leave programs
• Administer benefits (health, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k)) and support open enrollment
• Reconcile benefit invoices and coordinate with accounting on payments
• Serve as backup for payroll processing, reporting, and discrepancy resolution
• Own and maintain SOX controls; respond to internal audit inquiries

Qualifications

• Experience with paylocity is a plus but not required.
• 2+ years of experience in a generalist or HR support role
• Strong understanding of employment law, payroll, and benefit administration
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
