Inside Sales Representative (Home Warranties)

Summary

We are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Inside Sales Representative with deep call center and DTC sales expertise to join our high-performing team in Boca Raton. This role focuses on engaging inbound and outbound leads, educating homeowners on Cinch’s home warranty products, and closing sales directly over the phone.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of inside sales or Telesales experience, ideally in home services, insurance, or other B2C environments, and bring a proven ability to exceed sales targets in a fast-paced call center setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls from DTC campaigns, referrals, and marketing-driven leads.
• Consult with homeowners to identify needs and provide tailored warranty product recommendations.
• Execute a high-conversion sales process designed to drive revenue and improve customer acquisition.
• Accurately qualify leads, overcome objections, and apply consultative selling techniques to close deals.
• Maintain real-time data entry and pipeline tracking using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize call scripts, sales strategy, and lead flow.
• Stay informed on product updates, promotions, industry trends, and competitors.
• Uphold excellent customer service standards to foster long-term customer satisfaction.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years of high-volume inside sales, Telesales, and/or call center experience (required). Home services, insurance, or warranty sales preferred).
• Demonstrated success in selling to consumers in a competitive, phone-based environment.
• Strong understanding of DTC sales strategies, KPIs, and buyer behaviors.
• Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and pipeline.
• Excellent verbal communication, persuasive selling ability, and objection-handling skills.
• High energy, self-motivated, and performance-driven; thrives in a goal-oriented culture.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and/or weekends based on lead volume and shift scheduling.
• Onsite in the Boca Raton, FL office 5 days/week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling home warranties, home services, insurance, or real estate-related products.
• Knowledge of basic home systems (HVAC, plumbing, appliances) a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
