Job Description

Field Manager (Installation Division)

Responsibilities

Communicates all information to the office by opening
Provides heating and cooling service, installation,repairs, and maintenance.
Assumes responsibility for trucks, diagnostic tools, and uniforms.
Maintain company and customer confidentiality.
HVAC Installations
Mini splits ductless units
Residential and commercial experience
Assist with all teams jobs.
Assist warehouse with loading trucks.
Assist with removal of oil tanks.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

10+ years HVAC experience in a residential and commercial environment
2+ years of leading crews
Fluent in English and Spanish
Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate with customers.
Excellent communication conflict resolution skills
Computer skills and use of electronic devices required.
Must be able to work on a ladder.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
High school diploma
3+ years HVAC Residential and Commercial Experience Required.
EPA Universal certification.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Handle 3-5 crews at a time
Bi-Lingual

Salary $35-$40 an hour (negotiable)
