Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex financial transformations, including strategic planning, operational efficiency, and capital structure optimization.

• Drive business development efforts, leveraging your consulting network to expand the CFO Services practice.

What We’re Looking For:

• 15+ years of experience in financial leadership roles within a top-tier consulting firm, with specific expertise in CFO advisory, corporate finance, or management consulting.
• Deep knowledge of financial strategy, FP&A, M&A, and performance improvement, gained through a consulting career.
• Strong business development skills with a robust network in Houston’s business community, built through consulting engagements.
• Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills, with a proven ability to influence at the C-suite level in a consulting context.
• MBA or CPA preferred; advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities honed in a consulting environment required.
• Demonstrated success leading consulting engagements and inspiring teams in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
