We’re looking to hire a Proactive and Passionate Marketing & Creative Project Manager for our Client who is a research-based global biopharmaceutical company.

You’ll join the client's internal agency to deliver internal creative and communications solutions.

• This is a 12 month + opportunity.
• The role is located in North Chicago, and is hybrid onsite 3x a week.
• Hourly Rate: $40hr. - $45hr.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the creative conceptualization process by providing complete project scope to the Creative Team for 20 - 40 projects.
• Manage execution of project plans and timelines to meet project deadlines.
• Responsible for estimates, quotes, and invoice projects monthly.
• Communicate project, budgetary, resource, quality challenges and concerns with Clients and Key Stakeholders.
• Creative Deliverables: Motion Graphics, Marketing Communications, Branding, Print, Website, Presentations, Conferences/Events, Digital, more.

Requirements:

• BA/BS required. Emphasis in Communication, Marketing, Advertising or Business.
• ​3 to 5 years of work experience as a Creative/Marketing Project or Account Manager.
• A background in Ad Agencies, In-House Creative Agencies is desired. Pharma is not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of InDesign is a plus.
• Experience using the CRM Management Work Book Tool is desired.
