Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a bilingual Medical Assistant/Surgical Coordinator to join a dynamic multi-specialty facility in the Bronx, NY. This role combines clinical support with surgical coordination, ensuring seamless patient care and efficient operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

◆Licensure: None required, but certification (e.g., CMA, RMA) is a plus.
◆Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (multi-specialty or surgical setting preferred).
◆Technical Skills: Proficiency in EHR systems, appointment scheduling, and clinical procedures (e.g., vitals, phlebotomy).
◆Soft Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
◆Clinical Support:
◆Assist providers with patient intake, vitals, and minor procedures.
◆Prepare exam rooms and ensure sterilization of instruments.

Surgical Coordination:
◆Schedule surgeries, pre-op appointments, and follow-ups.
◆Liaise between patients, surgeons, and insurance providers.
◆Maintain accurate surgical records and consent forms.

Administrative Duties:
◆Manage patient records, referrals, and prior authorizations.
◆Provide bilingual patient education on pre/post-operative care.
