Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Office Management Internship for Administrative, Finance & Logistics at The Hive Showroom in Manhattan, NY. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to office administration, financial support, and logistics coordination to support our overseas vendors and retail partnerships. This internship is for a minimum of 3 to 6 month and may lead to a full hire.

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
• Experience with Office 365, especially excel V-lock and Pivot tables, Kutools
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of financial principles and budget management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Quickbooks enterprise, and other ERPs
• Previous internship or work experience in a similar role is a plus
• Studied accounting, finance, or company management
