8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 – Accounts Receivable and Billing modules
8+ years of experience in People Tools – People Code, Application Packages, Application Engine, COBOL, SQR
8+ years of experience with Integration Broker – REST, SOAP, JSON, XML
8+ years of experience in advanced SQL and PL/SQL using Oracle database
8+ years of experience with Linux OS scripting
8+ years of experience working with AWE (Approval Workflow Engine)
8+ years of experience in analyzing business requirements and creating technical design documents
4+ years of experience using Microsoft O365 applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio
4+ years of experience with MS Teams in large team settings
Preferred Skills and Experience:
4+ years of experience with public sector organizations (Federal, State, Local Government)
2+ years of experience with Texas CPA's CAPPS Financials system
2+ years of experience working with Treasury Offset Program (TOP)
2+ years of experience using SharePoint
1+ year of experience with Jira
1+ year of experience working in a Scrum framework
1+ year of experience with STAT
