Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Enterprise Performance Engineering Strategy, Roadmap aligning to the organizational vision and growth strategy
• Implement performance framework, best practice, and standards
• Define/ Review performance requirements and SLAs
• Build performance test plan, tool strategy, automation roadmap and CICD integrations and other innovative solutions
• Ability to analyse and solve complex performance issues
• Lead the performance engineering team across PTLC
• Develop and publish technical and executive dashboards
• Implemented large scale performance testing on Cloud architectures
• Should have proven experience on the ability to interface with Business stakeholders, CXO and other peer stakeholders.
• Should have proven experience on his/her ability to garner mind share of client executives
• Skills : AWS/Azure Cloud architectures, PT solution architecting, PT tools like Jmeter, loadrunner, CI/CD

• AWS/Azure Cloud architectures.
• PT solution architecting.
• PT tools like Jmeter, loadrunner.
• CI/CD.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large scale performance testing.
• Ability to interface with Business stakeholders.
• Experience in garnering mind share of client executives.
