Job Description

Personal Assistant to Entrepreneur and Family

Location: South Bay

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm with flexibility; occasional weekend help for events or travel (with advance notice)

Work Environment: Primarily home-based at the family residence; 1–2 days/week remote from your home

Compensation: $80K–$100K DOE, plus potential stipend toward benefits

A warm and dynamic family of four (plus two friendly pups and older kids who visit part-time) is looking for a thoughtful, proactive, and highly organized Personal Assistant to help keep their busy lives running smoothly. This is a home-based role supporting a kind and inspiring entrepreneur—who is also a producer, philanthropist, and CEO of a growing entertainment company—as well as his wife and family.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys being of service, is calm under pressure, and thrives in a home-based setting where no two days are exactly the same. While you’ll occasionally support business-related tasks, the majority of your work will be personal and household-focused.

Duties

Support the principal and his family in day-to-day logistics at home and in life

Manage family calendars, appointments, and occasional school/activity coordination

Run errands, handle returns, grocery shop, and help with gifting and personal shopping

Oversee household vendors and coordinate maintenance or service appointments

Assist with travel planning and bookings (domestic and international)

Support Airbnb logistics (e.g., coordinating guest stays and communicating with the team)

Help with events and family gatherings as needed

Keep household items, files, and communications organized and flowing

Occasionally assist with light social media support

Be available via text or phone outside typical hours if something time-sensitive arises

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in a PA or hybrid EA/PA role

Excellent communicator and natural problem solver

Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

Familiar with travel planning, Google Workspace, and basic tech tools

Comfortable working in and around children and dogs

Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable car

Valid passport and open to occasional travel

Positive, trustworthy, and discreet
