Job Description

We’re supporting a fast-growing AI startup on the hunt for a Senior or Staff-level DevOps Engineer. This is a high-impact role responsible for scaling and evolving the cloud and CI/CD infrastructure that supports a platform used by some of the world’s most recognized enterprises.

You’ll work closely with engineering teams across platform, ML, data, and product, helping them ship rapidly and reliably, while owning infrastructure that is secure, observable, and scalable. This role can be fully remote, hybrid, or onsite.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with engineering teams to understand DevOps needs and lead strategic infra projects
• Design and manage multi-tenant cloud environments (AWS)
• Own all Kubernetes clusters and oversee service deployment lifecycles
• Improve system observability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and PagerDuty
• Build fully automated, secure CI/CD pipelines that support rapid product releases
• Manage networking infrastructure and security across cloud and physical locations
• Collaborate with the security team to strengthen cloud security posture

Tech expertise we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of DevOps or infrastructure experience, including 3+ years working on large-scale CI/CD systems
• Expertise with tools like Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Terraform, Helm, and Ansible
• Strong knowledge of AWS (IAM, VPC, ELB, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience – managing clusters and deploying services at scale
• Proficient in Python, Go, or a comparable programming language
• Experience with observability and incident response tooling (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, PagerDuty)
• Familiarity with secure networking and infrastructure security best practices
