We’re seeking a Research Associate to step into a newly expanded role as we evolve our research function to be more insight-driven, tech-forward, and integrated across our firm. The ideal candidate brings 2-3 years’ experience – whether in research, recruiting, communications, or another fast-paced, professional services environment – and is eager to learn, problem-solve, and bring fresh thinking to our work. This individual is someone who blends strategic research capabilities with strong analytical thinking, excellent written output, and a keen interest in emerging tools and technologies, especially AI. The Research Associate will be central to driving search strategy, delivering smart and visually compelling client materials, and shaping how we approach talent mapping and market insights.
