Overview:
The Operations Supervisor is accountable for sales growth, quality, service and cleanliness for the customer as well as profitability in an assigned group of restaurants.
They are responsible for ensuring that assigned restaurants are working towards the annual business growth plan that include set KPI goals for Sales, Operations, Profit and People metrics. A monthly scorecard and restaurant comparability report are sent monthly with results.
This role is also responsible for the continued development of the General Managers, Assistant Managers and Shift Mangers to lead the restaurant and to ensure a strong pipeline of talent for the organization.
