About the Opportunity:
A well-established, home health agency is seeking an experienced and strategic Home Health Administrator to lead operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality patient care. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the home health agency, ensuring high standards of patient care and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and accreditation standards.
Manage and support clinical and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and care quality.
Monitor and manage budgets, financial reports, and business metrics to support growth and sustainability.
Serve as a liaison with physicians, referral sources, patients, families, and regulatory bodies.
Lead efforts in quality improvement, performance management, and risk mitigation.
Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting home health operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Active RN license (preferred but not required, depending on state regulations).
Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in a home health or related healthcare setting.
In-depth knowledge of CMS regulations, Medicare/Medicaid requirements, and state home health regulations.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage staff, budgets, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
