Job Description

As the Senior Director, Product Management for Corporate Real Estate, you will be responsible for assessing technology requirements to enable Corporate Real Estate operations for Walmart’s New Home Office and broader real estate portfolio. You will lead the development of product and platform strategies aligned with Corporate Real Estate goals, driving a roadmap that supports foundational, enabling, and experiential technologies. This includes smart building systems, digital workplace tools, building management solutions, reservation systems, workplace apps, sensors, and automation.

In close partnership with Walmart Global Tech and other stakeholders, you will ensure alignment with Walmart’s enterprise digital strategy and oversee the implementation of workplace technology solutions, and adoption within Corporate Real Estate operations and experience teams. Additionally, you will spearhead AI initiatives to optimize smart building operations, predictive maintenance, and personalize workplace experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategy development for real estate products and platforms.
• Build and maintain a roadmap for smart building and workplace technologies.
• Collaborate with Walmart Global Tech and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and roadmap delivery.
• Data analytics, delivery, dashboard creation
• Adoption of info/tech/systems
• IP and 3P management
• 3P CRE specific vendor relationships, contracts, deliverables
• Campus building vendor tech and contract deliverables
• Build detailed plan and timeline to execute against

Qualifications:

• Experience with AI technologies and their application in smart building operations, predictive maintenance, and workplace personalization.
• Proven experience in product management, ideally within Corporate Real Estate or related domains.
• Deep understanding of smart building systems, workplace applications, and digital workplace technologies.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with excellent execution and communication skills.
• Experience in managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder relationships.
• Data management and analytics

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or a related field (master’s preferred).
• Tech certification preferred.
• Real estate experience preferred.

Experience:

• Active AI education, application
• Execution of smart building
• 10+ years in product management or similar roles.
• Demonstrated success in Corporate Real Estate technology strategy is highly desirable.
