Senior Associate Litigation Attorney
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Litigation Associate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in several areas of law, including Family Law, Personal Injury Law, Immigration Law, and Patent Law. This role requires strong litigation skills, the ability to conduct thorough research, and excellent legal writing. The Senior Litigation Associate will manage complex cases and provide strategic legal advice to our clients from start to finish, ensuring compliance with deadlines and court requirements.
Responsiblities
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in Family Law, Personal Injury Law, Immigration Law, Patent Law, or related fields.
- Proven track record of successful case management and favorable litigation outcomes.
- Strong research skills, with proficiency in using LexisNexis for legal inquiries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex legal concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with estate planning is a plus but not mandatory.
