Job Description

Job Summary: Are you a skilled and client-focused Consultant for Technical Solutions? Do you thrive in a start-up environment? We are seeking a technical consultant to support our new consulting services. In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored technical solutions that drive value. You’ll serve as the bridge between business requirements and technical implementation, supporting pre-sale and delivery cycle, including strategy, building a delivery team, solution design through deployment and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to assess current systems and define business and technical requirements.
  • Design, recommend, and implement technology solutions that meet client needs.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on system architecture, integration, and scalability.
  • Lead technical workshops, presentations, and demonstrations for stakeholders.
  • Develop technical documentation, proposals, and project plans.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and project management teams.
  • Support post-implementation efforts, including training, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry’s best practices.
  • Lead discovery and scoping sessions internally and with client to define project requirements and desired outcomes.
  • Ensure realistic project timelines, resource allocation, and budget considerations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of system integration, software development life cycles, and enterprise technologies.
  • Proficiency in tools/platforms such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Integrations, etc.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a client-service mindset.
