Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, warehouse operations, and inventory control
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ERP systems
• Advanced English and Spanish skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and ship materials between the U.S. and Mexico.
• Handling and control of shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing slips, certificates of origin, purchase orders).
• Forklift operation.
• Classification and organization of materials.
• Management of storage systems.
• Inventory control and management.
• Classify and document incoming materials
• Detect and report discrepancies in shipments
• Prioritize urgent shipments and coordinate timely deliveries
• Communicate effectively with the operations team
• Receipt and verification of materials.
