Administrative Assistant

Duties:

Provide administrative support by:

  • Preparing correspondence, reports, matrixes, slide presentations, meeting minutes and charts
  • Facilitating training
  • Participating in special projects
  • Reading and understanding required policies and procedures

Provide clerical support by:

  • Preparing expense reports for approval
  • Setting up and organizing meetings and facility events, including ordering/coordinating required catering
  • Coordinating travel plans and calendars
  • Evaluating vendors, purchasing and maintaining misc. supplies
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing mail; answering phones
  • Shift hours vary but are primarily M-F, 8A - 4:30P. Extended or weekend hours may be required occasionally to support facility or customer events.

Note this position is not project based and is intended to be a contract to hire if the fit is right for both Company and the candidate.
