Job Description

We are looking for a detail oriented Operations Team Member . From receiving materials to getting quality products out the door, this important position helps keep our entire operation clean, safe, and running smoothly. The position is a critical contributor in partnering across departments, staying focused on the details and ensuring customers get exactly what they need, on time and up to their unique standards and expectations.

What You Do:

Receiving Raw Materials

• Conduct Inventory Check/cycle counts

• Organize work by reviewing schedules and incoming documentation.

• Check deliveries for quantity and compliance.

• Adapt storage method to raw‑material type.

• Perform first‑step quality control sampling and record results.

Storage of Raw Materials

• Apply hygiene and safety instructions specific to each product.

• Report any anomalies affecting product quality.

• Optimize storage based on space, packaging, and product type.

• Monitor packaging and alcohol stock levels.

Manufacturing

• Weigh raw materials in accordance with manufacturing orders (MO).

• Manually complete product manufacture following SOPs.

Packaging & Shipping

• Label and package finished products in compliance with hygiene standards.

• Prepare shipments: print/apply labels, record weights, palletize, and load.

Maintenance & Housekeeping

• Keep work areas organized and equipment stored safely.

• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and workstation.

Quality & Safety Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment and environment before each production run.

• Take fully representative samples and label clearly for QC.

• Ensure full traceability of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.

• Monitor and record Critical Control Points (CCP).

• Report any non‑conformities or process failures immediately.

• Use and maintain required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with all health & safety rules.

What you Bring:

Technical & Functional Skills

• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices

• Authority to conduct production operations.

• Knowledge of hygiene standards and food‑safety regulations.

• Ability to identify and escalate non‑conformities and deviations.

• Safe manual‑handling techniques.

• Fork‑lift certification.

• Ability to operate a scissor lift.

• Strict adherence to procedures and SOPs.

Academics and Certifications:

• High-School Diploma or higher

• Relevant experience or vocational training in food production

• Valid Fork‑Lift Operator certification and Scissor‑Lift training (or willingness to obtain).
