Responsibilities and Duties:

•Promote and sell cosmetic raw materials in the U.S. beauty market; follow up with existing customers and actively identify and develop new and potential accounts.

•Submit regular client‑visit reports, maintaining full, accurate and up‑to‑date customer information.

•Manage and nurture customer relationships effectively, and set realistic, attainable sales targets.

• Travel a minimum of 30% for client meetings, trade shows, and events.

• Represent Winkey at appropriate trade shows, conferences, and expositions, presenting our products and solutions.

• Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.

• Conduct research on customers, competitors, applications, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Fine/Industrial Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry.

•Outgoing, engaging personality with the ability to build strong client rapport; excellent negotiation and communication skills, coupled with a high sense of responsibility and self‑motivation.

• Proven track record of success in sales or sales management.

• Competency in business English for formal communication via email, letters, and presentations.

• Valid documentation permitting international travel.
